| Removal |

Move the shift lever to 4th gear.

Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Engine Mechanical System - "Air Cleaner")
|

Remove the battery and battery tray.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Battery")
|
| 4. |
Remove the ECM.
(Refer to Engine Control System - "ECM")
|
| 5. |
Disconnect the shift cable (A) and select cable (B) after removing the
snap pin (C).

Remove the shift lever knob & boots (A) after turning in the counter
clock-wise direction.

| 7. |
Remove the floor console assembly.
(Refer to Body - "Floor Console")
|

Remove the air duct (A).
|
| 9. |
Disconnect the shift cable (B) and select cable (C) after removing the
snap pin (A).
|
| 10. |
Remove the retainer (A) after loosen the nut (B).
|
| 11. |
Remove the cable assembly from the vehicle.
|
| Installation |
|
| 1. |
Install the retainer (A) and then tighten nut (B).
|
| 2. |
Install the shift cable (B) and select cable (C) and then fixing the
snap pin (A).
|
| 3. |
Move the locker (B) in the direction of "F" with pulling the holder
(A) in the direction of "P".
|
| 4. |
Install the shift cable (A) and select cable (B), and then fixing the
snap pin (C).
|
| 5. |
Tighten the holder (A) to the "P" directions after fixing the rockers
(B) in the "F" direction.
|
| 6. |
Remove the shift lever 4th fixed pin (A).
|
| 7. |
Install the air duct (A).
|
| 8. |
Install the floor console assembly.
(Refer to Body - "Floor Console")

Install the shift lever knob & boots (A).
|
| 10. |
Install the battery and battery tray.
(Refer to Engine Electrical System - "Battery")

Install the ECM.
