Hyundai Creta: Fuel Delivery System / Fuel Line: Repair procedures

Removal

1.	Release the residual pressure in fuel line. (Refer to Fuel Delivery System - "Release Residual Pressure in Fuel Line")

2.	Turn the ignition switch OFF, and then remove battery (-) terminal.

3.	Remove the fuel tank. (Refter to Fuel Delivery System - "Fuel Tank")

4.	Remove the installation nut (B), and then disconnect the fuel feed tude (A).

5.	Disconnect the vapor hose (A) which is connected from the PCSV.

6.	Lift the vehicle.

7.	Remove the fuel & brake line protect (A).

Remove the low pressure fuel tube mounting nut (A).

Fuel tube clamp mounting nut :

3.9 ~ 5.9 N.m (0.4 ~ 0.6 kgf.m, 2.9 ~ 4.3 lb-ft)

9.	Remove the fuel line (A) from the vehicle,

Installation

•	Install the component with the specified torques.

•	Note that internal damage may occur when the component is dropped. In this case, use it after inspecting.
