1. Hood latch assembly

Repair procedures

Replacement
1.
After loosening the mounting clips, then remove the air duct (A).

2.
After loosening the mounting bolts, then remove the cover (A).

3.
Disconnect the hood latch release handle cable (A) and remove the hood latch assembly.

4.
After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the hood latch assembly (A).
5.
To install, reverse the removal procedure.
  
•
Make sure the hood locks/unlocks and opens/closes properly.
•
Adjust the latch alignment.
