| Removal |
| 1. |
Remove the engine cover.
(Refer to Engine And Transaxle Assembly - "Engine Cover")

| 2. |
Disconnect the battery negative terminal.
|
| 3. |
Disconnect the ignition coil connector (A) and breather hose (B).
|
| 4. |
Disconnect the positive crankcase ventilation (PCV) hose (A).
|
| 5. |
Remove the ignition coil.
(Refer to Engine Eletrical System - "Ignition Coil")
|
| 6. |
Disconnect the Oil Control Valve (OCV) connector and then remove the
OCV.
(Refer to Engine Control/Fuel System - "CVVT Oil Control Valve")
|
| 7. |
Remove the cylinder head cover (A) with it`s gasket.
Unfasten the cylinder head cover bolts in the sequence shown.

| Installation |
| 1. |
Install the cylinder head cover (A) with a new gasket.
|
| 2. |
Tighten the cylinder head cover bolts (A) with the order and steps.
|
| 3. |
Install the other parts in the reverse order of removal.
