Repair procedures

Replacement

[Rear seat cushion assembly]

(6:4 Back folding type)

1.	Remove the luggage board (A).

After loosening the mounting bolt (B), remove the rear seat cushion assembly (A).

※ Rear seat cushion separation method.

a.	Loosen the mounting bolt (B).

b.	Remove the rear seat cushion by pulling upward.

3.	To install, reverse the removal procedure.

(Banch seat type)

4.	Remove the luggage board (A).

After loosening the mounting bolt (B), remove the rear seat cushion assembly (A).

※ Rear seat cushion separation method.

a.	Loosen the mounting bolt (B).

b.	Remove the rear seat cushion by pulling upward.

6.	To install, reverse the removal procedure.

[Rear seat back assembly]

(6:4 Back folding type)

1.	Remove the rear seat cushion assembly. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

2.	Pull up the seat by pulling the stand-up lever.

After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the rear seat back assembly (A).

Tightening torque :

19.6 ~ 29.4 N.m (2.0 ~ 3.0 kgf.m, 14.5 ~ 21.7 lb-ft)

4.	To install, reverse the removal procedure.

(Banch seat type)

5.	Remove the rear seat cushion assembly. (Refer to Rear Seat - "Rear Seat Assembly")

6.	Pull up the seat by pulling the stand-up lever.

After loosening the mounting bolts, remove the rear seat back assembly (A).

Tightening torque :

19.6 ~ 29.4 N.m (2.0 ~ 3.0 kgf.m, 14.5 ~ 21.7 lb-ft)

8.	To install, reverse the removal procedure.
